What Can I Do With an FLHD Degree? As the demand for social and human service workers continues to increase, Southern Utah University’s Family Life and Human Development (FLHD) program prepares students to enter the field. Students majoring in FLHD get involved by engaging in meaningful field experiences in the community and taking a variety of relevant courses. And a degree emphasis adds a more robust educational experience and expertise.

FLHD students can add an emphasis in either Early Childhood or Family Services.
