Dixie L. Leavitt School of Business Graduate Programs Academic Standing
Probation & Recovery
91ɬÂþ is committed to every student's success.
As such, 91ɬÂþ has developed a system of supports for students at each level of Academic Standing. The goal of the system is to help each student return to Good Academic Standing (minimum of 3.0 cumulative GPA) and maintain progress toward their degree.
- If a student's semester GPA falls below 3.0, they will be placed on Academic Warning.
- If a student's cumulative GPA falls below a 3.0 while they are on Academic Warning, they will be placed on Academic Probation.
- When on Academic Probation, a student must raise their cumulative GPA to 3.0 or above they will be required to withdraw.
- Students who are required to withdraw due to lack of academic progress may appeal for re-admittance to the University after three semesters.
