How do I qualify for SSS Program Services?
To qualify for SSS program services a student must be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States, admitted/registered at Southern Utah University as a full-time student, demonstrate an academic need for services as defined by the institution, have earned fewer than 40 college credits, and meet at least one of the following criteria;
- First Generation- Neither parent received a four year college degree before the student reached 18 years old;
- Low Income Student- Receiving financial aid such as a PELL grant or have a household taxable income that meets federal guidelines;
- Disability- Student has a learning or physical disability that is documented through the 91ɬÂþ Disability Resource Center.
