University Museum Visits
Southern Utah Museum of Art invites 91ɬÂþ faculty to reserve a time for students to engage with our diverse exhibitions and growing
How can the museum be a resource for your curriculum?
1. Guided Tours Schedule a guided tour for your class, department, or guest lecturers/professors coming to campus. These visits can be tailored to your syllabus, requiring a two-week notice.
2. Extended Museum Visits Request an extended visit to view selections from our growing collections, which allows you to develop meaningful connections between your curriculum and our collections. These visits can be arranged with a 30-day notice. If you are interested in touring requested works of art in the permanent collection, please email us at experiencesuma@suu.edu
3. Independent Visits This is an excellent option for educators looking for an interdisciplinary way to challenge conceptual understanding, build observational skills, or practice language outside of the classroom. We would love to partner with you to create a meaningful experience for your students at SUMA.
